Travelling From Ottawa International Airport:

  • Get on ON-416 S from Prescott Highway/Prince of Wales Dr/Route 73 S.

  • Take ON-401 W to Lyle St/Northumberland County Rd 23 in Grafton. Take the County Road 23/Lyle Street exit (exit 487) from ON-401 W.

  • Take County Rd 2 W and Gully Rd to Northumberland Heights Rd in Baltimore.

UP express from pearson airport

Guests can take the Union Pearson Express (UP Express) from Toronto Pearson International Airport to reach Toronto Union Station (in 25 min.), where they have to change and take VIA Rail to reach Cobourg (in 1 hr 11 min.).

  • What should I bring with me to the retreat?
    We recommend bringing the following items for a comfortable stay: comfortable yoga wear, a water bottle, personal toiletries, a journal, and any medications you may need. It’s also a good idea to bring layers of clothing to suit varying temperatures and outdoor gear if you plan to explore the surrounding nature. Don’t forget to pack any special items you might need for personal comfort or relaxation.
  • What meals are provided during the retreat?
    During the retreat, we provide wholesome vegetarian meals, including nourishing soups, fresh salads, and other plant-based dishes. Our menu is designed to support your well-being and enhance your retreat experience. If you have specific dietary needs or allergies, please inform us in advance so we can accommodate your requirements.
  • What is the cancellation policy for the retreat?
    If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows: cancellations made more than 30 days before the start date will receive a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable. We encourage you to review our full terms and conditions for more detailed information.
  • What can I expect from a typical day at the retreat?
    Each day at the retreat is thoughtfully structured to balance activity and relaxation. Mornings typically start with a yoga session followed by a nutritious breakfast. The day will include guided mindfulness practices, workshops, and personal time to explore the surroundings or engage in self-reflection. Afternoons generally feature additional workshops or group activities, with evening sessions dedicated to relaxation, group discussions, or meditation. We aim to create a balanced schedule that fosters both personal growth and relaxation.

    Yes, we offer a variety of optional activities and excursions to enhance your retreat experience. These may include nature walks, guided hikes, and local sightseeing tours. Details about additional activities will be provided upon arrival, and you can sign up for any that interest you.
  • What are the check-in and check-out times for the retreat?
    Check-in is typically available from 3pm on the first day of the retreat, and check-out is by 11am on the final day. If you have specific arrival or departure needs, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
  • Is the retreat suitable for beginners or those with no prior yoga experience?
    Absolutely! Our retreat is designed to be inclusive and welcoming for all levels of experience. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or new to yoga, our classes and activities are tailored to accommodate various skill levels and provide a supportive environment for growth and exploration.
  • What health and safety measures are implemented at the retreat?
    We prioritize your well-being and have implemented comprehensive health and safety measures, including regular cleaning and sanitization of facilities, health screenings, and adherence to local health guidelines.
