  • 12-1.30pm - Chakra healing (using EFT technique)

    • Chakra healing using the Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) focuses on balancing the body's energy centers to promote emotional and physical well-being. EFT combines gentle tapping on specific acupressure points with mindful affirmations to address blockages in the chakras, which are believed to influence our mental and emotional states. By targeting these energy centers, EFT helps release negative emotions, reduce stress, and restore harmony within the body’s energy system. This approach aims to facilitate deeper self-awareness and healing, enhancing overall vitality and inner peace.

  • 130pm - Lunch (includes vegetarian meal)

  • 2.30pm - Dance Movement Therapy, by the water side

    • Dance movement therapy by the water combines therapeutic dance with the calming effects of a water environment. Participants use spontaneous or structured movement to express emotions, release stress, and foster self-awareness. The presence of water enhances the sensory experience, promoting relaxation, grounding, and a deeper connection to oneself and nature.

  • 4.30pm - Tea/coffee break

  • 5pm - Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra

    • Restorative Yoga involves gentle, supported poses to deeply relax the body and restore energy. Yoga Nidra, or "yogic sleep," is a guided meditation practice that induces profound mental relaxation and clarity. Both techniques aim to reduce stress and enhance overall well-being.

  • 630pm - Dinner (includes light vegetarian meal)

  • 730pm - Kirtan & Bonfire

    • Kirtan & bonfire combines devotional chanting with the warmth and communal spirit of a bonfire. Participants engage in call-and-response singing of sacred mantras around the fire, fostering a sense of unity, spiritual connection, and relaxation in a joyful, supportive setting.

Day 3

20th October

  • 8am - Kundalini Yoga

    • Kundalini Yoga blends physical postures, breathwork, and meditation to awaken the dormant energy within. • 9am - Breakfast & 1:1 Personal Sesssions with Pallavi
